Chef shuffles

Brandon Blomquist is the new pastry chef at Copperwood Tavern. Some of his dessert menu additions include a strawberry rhubarb verrine and a flourless chocolate trio. His resume includes Tout de Sweet Patisserie in Bethesda and the Ronald Reagan Building.
