DOWNTOWN— Anthony Lombardo is leaving The Hamilton. The chef, who also used to work at 1789, is relocating to be closer to his hometown of Detroit. He'll be working with his former boss, Luciano Del Signore of Bacco Ristorante in Michigan, according to a rep. [EaterWire]

LAWSUITS— Restaurateur Ashok Bajaj is facing another lawsuit over overtime pay. A former employee at Rasika has filed the suit, which Bajaj told the Washington Business Journal is without merit. The restaurant group faced a similar suit in 2015 that was settled without an admission of liability. [WBJ]
