1) CHINATOWN: On Rye, the Jewish delI with a stand at Nats Park, will open a brick and mortar location at 740 6th St. NW. [PLYWOOD]

2) WATERFRONT: La Vie will be a new restaurant from Social Restaurant Group (Bonfire, Provision No. 14) at The Wharf development. It will open in late fall of 2017, with a big terrace and Mediterranean influences. [PRE-PLYWOOD]

3) ARLINGTON: A new beer garden called BrickHaus is on the way to 2900 Columbia Pike. It’s from the same owners as Twisted Vines. [PLYWOOD]

4) ROCKVILLE: La Limena Grill is opening at 1093 Columbia Pike, an offshoot of the popular Peruvian restaurant. [PLYWOOD]

5) WHEATON: A reader sent the tipline a photo of signage for Chutney Indian Restaurant, opening at 2509 University Blvd. [PLYWOOD]

6) MERRIFIELD: Signage is also up at the Mosaic District for District Dumplings, which is opening next door to DGS Delicatessen. [PLYWOOD]

7) ALEXANDRIA: Egg roll company Meggrolls has signed a lease for a brick and mortar location in Alexandria, though no exact location was named. [PRE-PLYWOOD]

8) U STREET: District Distilling is set to open sometime this summer at 1414 U St. NW. [PLYWOOD]
