1) ADAMS MORGAN: Czars 11 International Tapas, and its affiliated Exhale Bar, have closed. PoPVille noted a "for lease" sign in the former space at 2309 18th St. NW in Adams Morgan. Those restaurants just opened at the beginning of the year. The clubby destination served menu items like seared tuna and seafood stew, but mostly advertised drink specials on social media. No word yet on what might replace it. The space had previously housed Pi Pizzeria and Bottoms Up Bar before that, but was vacant for quite awhile after those places closed.

2) CRYSTAL CITY: Prepare for Triple Dipper withdrawal, Arlington. Chili’s has closed its location at 320 23rd Street in Crystal City, according to ARLNOW. No information yet on what might take over the space. But there are several other locations of the Chili’s chain in Northern Virginia from which to choose, including Tysons Corner and Bailey's Crossroads.
