Last chance for crabs

Cappy’s Crabs is winding things down. The restaurant which replaced Crane & Turtle (which was always meant to be temporary) will shut things down this Sunday, Sept. 4. They hope to share the replacement concept in a few weeks, according to owner Paul Ruppert.

The Shutter

Pollo Granjero in Adams Morgan appears to be closed. PoPville spotted the furniture and tables being emptied out of the restaurant. Eater tried calling this morning and the phone number has been disconnected. The restaurant was located at 1742 Columbia Road NW; no word yet on what might replace it. [PoP]
