1) SPRINGFIELD AND DUNN LORING: The Halal Guys are taking Northern Virginia by storm, opening not one, but two, fast-casual shops today. 1) VIENNA: Today starts full service at the new Vienna location of Cava Grill. Expect the same customizable Mediterranean bowls, topped with proteins like chicken and lamb meatballs. The chain has been busy outside the area as well, opening locations in Columbia, Maryland and even its first in New York City in Union Square. They're open for both lunch and dinner.
