3) LOGAN CIRCLE: A new Peruvian restaurant coming to 1738 14th St. NW will be called Chicken+Whiskey. [PRE-PLYWOOD]

4) ROSSLYN: Washington Business Journal has the scoop on several smaller restaurant developments opening in Arlington. The Central Place development in Rosslyn will likely get a Nando’s, The Little Beet, Compass Coffee, and Sweetgreen; they’re in talks with Cava Grill, too. [PRE-PLYWOOD]
