EASTERN MARKET—Got an extra $595 lying around? That’s what it will cost to attend the culinary fever dream that will be José Andrés, Inn at Little Washington chef Patrick O’Connell and Rose’s Luxury chef Aaron Silverman cooking together for one night only at Silverman’s Pineapples and Pearls. The multi-course dinner on October 18 will raise money for Puerto Rico hurricane victims and those affected by the earthquakes in Mexico, and will coincide with Michelin’s 2018 star list release.
