Reality TV fixture and kinda-sorta restaurateur (RIP, Ryu) Scott Disick is expected to help fete celebrity magnet Sugar Factory Thursday, October 12, by hosting the grand opening of the months-old Arlington eatery.
The candy-obsessed chain set up shop in Pentagon City earlier this spring, introducing Northern Virginians to its entertainer-endorsed brand of gourmet burgers, over-the-top shakes, and specialty ice cream. All of that and more — think: red carpet arrivals, music, and themed cocktails — should be on display when Disick presides over an event tentatively scheduled to run from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Party organizers indicate that “local celebrities” are also welcome to attend.
No word on what Disick’s official duties might be. But from the looks of things on social media the jet-setting promoter seems to be down for whatever.
This may be the only time folks in the DMV get to lay eyes on the seemingly always-on-the-go father of three. K street nightclub Capitale briefly had a portrait of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum mounted on its walls, but alas, that piece of custom art was removed in short order.
