Ryan Ratino’s super popular Bresca debuted on the bustling 14th Street corridor last month.
A well-seasoned chef with an eye for detail, Ratino dazzled customers at recently shuttered Ripple and trendy Masa 14 with artfully arranged dishes melding whimsy and seasonality.
Now, at his new self-led eatery, he’s got a rooftop garden in place, a globe-spanning menu, and fresh pastas. There’s also three dozen pieces of china the award-winning chef has stockpiled over the years to use as canvases for each order the kitchen sends out.

The Michelin, Man News: Facebook user Mike Worley says “you guys should reserve a spot on the wall to put up that little red Michelin Star plaque they give out. Ryan Ratino killed it with this place.
