Animated reality TV star and restaurateur Gordon Ramsay has opened the East Coast’s first Gordon Ramsay Steak inside Horseshoe Casino Baltimore.

The upscale steakhouse, sibling to his five-year-old Las Vegas outpost, highlights the cooking show host’s take on dry-aged beef and British staples (beef Wellington, sticky toffee pudding). Featured items at the casino’s newest dining destination include a 32-ounce, bone-in chop sized for sharing, as well as American Kobe beef. There are also hundreds of wines and barrel-aged cocktails available to liquor up visiting gamblers.

The steakhouse, which replaces Jack Binion’s Steak, sits on the first level adjacent to the valet entrance. It joins TV star Guy Fieri’s Baltimore Kitchen + Bar; Food Network personality Giada De Laurentiis is next, having recently scored a restaurant deal at the waterfront casino operated by Caesars Entertainment.

The Gordon Ramsay Group operates a total of 32 restaurants globally, boasting seven Michelin stars collectively.
