Get a free Cava lunch today on H Street

Ever-expanding Mediterranean fast-casual chain Cava is opening its eighth location in Washington, D.C. today: a Cava location will open at 523 H Street NE at 11 a.m. The first 202 guests in the door today will get a free lunch (the deal is a nod to D.C.’s area code, in case anyone didn’t pick that up).

The 1,358-square-foot H Street location is Cava’s 44th restaurant in the nation, and even more are in the works for 2018. The chain is headed to three new markets (Boston, Charlotte, and Austin) next year, with more locations planned for Washington, Los Angeles, and New York City.
