Inspired by the flavors and culture of Miami — home to the original Joe's Stone Crab — executive chef Chris Morvis’s Cuban Burger ($18.95) features an eight-ounce patty slathered with Cuban sauce, featuring hints of paprika, tomato, cumin, and garlic.
DOWNTOWN—Celeb chef Demetrio Zavala wants to chop out cancer via a May 13 fundraiser, in which he’ll host a cooking class at Lincoln. Tickets are priced at $100 per person with all proceeds flowing through to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
