Ch-Ch-Changes
Washingtonian reports that Maketto chef and founder Erik Bruner-Yang has revamped the menu at months-old Ten Tigers Parlour in Petworth to include more Asian snack foods, including pork buns, spring rolls, and noodle bowls.
