The Washington Business Journal reports that Union Square Hospitality Group appears to have two restaurants in mind for the Capital Crossing complex. The first is the new Union Square Cafe headed this way some time after 2018; The latest is a 20-seat spot dealing in breakfast sandwiches, gourmet coffee, and rotisserie chicken — a line-up others noticed is similar to Daily Provisions, the quick-service eatery restaurateur Danny Meyer introduced earlier this year in New York.
