ARLnow reports on the latest dining venture to take a crack at solving the inhospitable nature of 801 N. Quincy Street in Arlington, Virginia. Indian restaurant Urban Tandoor is scheduled to take up residence there in November, the fourth eatery to do so in recent years. Previous occupants included a neighborhood bar, bistro, and Thai restaurant. [ARLnow]

Washington Business Journal reports that adult playground Dave and Busters is taking over part of the top floor of what was a Sears store inside Fair Oaks Mall. The entertainment-related chain, which features alcohol and video games, unveiled an outpost inside the renovated Springfield Town Center not too long ago. [WBJ]

The Hill is Home reports that homegrown juice company Jrink is heading to Capitol Hill this fall. The budding chain is expected to sell coffee, smoothies, and organic beverages out of a 470-square-foot storefront currently taking shape at 750 C Street SE. [THIH]

Store Reporter reports that gourmet burger chain Shake Shack intends to open a new shop in Potomac, Maryland. Shack fans should look for an outpost inside the Cabin John Shopping Center in “mid to late 2018.” [SR]
