Northeast newcomer St. Anselm is on a mission to make Madeira less intimidating, and the Washington City Paper reports on the restaurant’s 42-bottle collection. “Saturday night one of our managers spent the whole night just pouring Madeira flights,” Erik Segelbaum tells WCP. “D.C. is already a Madeira town, and they’ve responded beautifully to this program.”
