Washington Business Journal reports that century-old coffee maker Swing’s has reopened the shop at 1702 G Street NW that the company shut down in early 2016. The updated shop, which now serves nitro cold brew in addition to traditional coffee service, resumed serving customers on February 15. A grand opening — with free coffee — is scheduled for Tuesday, February 20.

Washingtonian reports that the claw machine at Logan Circle’s forthcoming adult arcade/bar, Players Club, will be stocked with sex toys. “We gotta be a little bit careful because we’re already having people hit us up for Bar Mitzvahs,” co-founder Ian Hilton tells the magazine.

Developments

Arlnow reports that long-delayed Shirlington sports bar Dudley’s, which originally planned to open in early 2016, is now saying it will debut this summer. The biggest hang-up: a new 3,000-square-foot rooftop bar that’s been a permitting nightmare.
