Washington Business Journal ran the latest renderings of the Guinness Open Gate Brewery & Barrel House still taking shape in Relay, Maryland. The forthcoming brewery just released its Crosslands Pale Ale, a limited edition beer made with local malt and hops.

Restaurateur Mike Isabella’s return to the kitchen at Graffiato means there’s new offerings at the Chinatown restaurant, ranging from a Greek-style pizza with spinach, leeks, and feta to a whole roasted rainbow trout accompanied by curried squash.

Coming attractions

Popville reports that a new tavern promising Asian-style street food is in the works for Dupont Circle. The liquor license for the Rabbit Hole (1214 18th Street NW) mentions bahn mi and pho, and says the restaurant hopes to seat 100 people.
