Women will have a chance to swap ideas over cocktails and coffee inside The Wing, an exclusive networking space opening next month in Georgetown.
Details are scarce for now — including the exact address — but the NYC import is currently hiring baristas, bartenders, and cooks for its debut D.C. location, which will include an on-site cafe called The Perch.
The network of co-working and community spaces for women, founded in Manhattan in 2016, has locations in Flatiron and SoHo and just debuted in Dumbo this month. Its SoHo outpost’s newly expanded menu features lemon ricotta toast as well as a frisee and endive salad.
According to its website, amenities for members (priced at $215 per month and $2350 annually) include drinks, food, blowouts on demand, a lactation room, and guest speakers; previous events have starred women like actress Jennifer Lawrence and Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y.

D.C. is getting another high-profile co-working club this year, dubbed Eaton House, at 12th and K streets NW. Kyirisan chef Tim Ma and Columbia Room co-founder Derek Brown are tag teaming the food and drinks at that property, which includes a 209-room hotel, restaurant, rooftop bar, and drinking den.
