Whiskey Charlie, the 10th floor hotel bar with panoramic views of the southwest waterfront, just unveiled its new rooftop bar.

Last fall, the pinnacle of the Canopy hotel debuted with a plush interior bar and cocktail tables. On April 18 it tacked on a sleek new covered drinking destination featuring a lineup of seasonally inspired food and drinks scheduled to join the dining rotation next week. Cocktails run $14 each, while canned beer and cider are $8 a pop.

Inside, the kitchen has been dishing bar snacks including potato chips with pimento dip and cheeseburger sliders. The drink list focuses on familiar cocktails (think: dark and stormies, vodka martinis, and amaretto sours), with some jumbo shareable options available.
