MULTIPLE LOCATIONS—Chef José Andrés is celebrating his debut restaurant, Penn Quarter’s Jaleo, which opened 25 years ago. A tasting menu at the tapas spot includes best sellers like pan manchego ($55), and 25 throwback specials starting Monday, April 9. The party continues with cooking classes at Jaleo Bethesda and a big anniversary bash planned for late May. In other Andrés news, sister spot Zaytinya has a four-course dinner ready for Monday, April 9, featuring dishes from chef Aglaia Kremezi and author Joan Nathan’s cookbooks.
