After a few weeks of exclusively serving vegan food, 2-year-old Atlas District restaurant Pow Pow sees no reason to resume offering any of the meat dishes it previously sprinkled across the menu. “Support has been so great that we couldn’t imagine going back,” co-founder Shuan Sharkey tells Eater. “Pow Pow is going to keep our entire menu plant-based going forward.”
