The days of hitting up Tous Les Jours for something sweet after dinner at Bonchon or To Sok Jip next door are over. The Annandale location of the Korean bakery chain recently shuttered, according to a note posted on the door. The coffee shop and cafe opened back in 2014 in a spacious spot with stylish furniture and rows of baked goods.
A notice reads:
We want to thank all of our awesome customers over the last four years. However, as of June 26, 2018, we will be closing down. But, we still provide our Centerville location. We have gotten the great opportunity of meeting so many wonderful people over these last four years and want to thank you for the amazing memories. It’s time to start another chapter in our lives and we plan to open a new business in this location soon.
Stay tuned for what’s moving in next at 7219 Columbia Pike in Annandale, and at least the Tous Les Jours Centerville location at 13834 Braddock Rd lives on for red bean bingsoo and croissants.
