Buddies Barack Obama and Joe Biden grabbed lunch yesterday at Georgetown’s Dog Tag Bakery, a nonprofit that helps veterans and military spouses and caregivers get a leg up in business. Just about everyone in the vicinity freaked out, reports the Washington Post, and a small crowd gathered outside. The former Vice President and president chatted with patrons and ordered ham and gruyere and turkey and brie sandwiches along with a fennel salad, mint-basil olive oil cake, a chocolate chip cookie, and a brownie, according to the Washingtonian.
