Top Chef alum Spike Mendelsohn’s restaurant inside mega sports and wellness complex The St. James won’t open along with the rest of the complex on Saturday, reports the Washington Business Journal. The restaurant (dubbed Vim and Victor) is slated to open in four to six weeks, but in the meantime, find Mendelsohn’s food and beverage offerings within a temporary space in The St. James.
