The Nationals are World Series champions, and Washington will ring it its first MLB crown in 95 years with a Saturday parade starting at 2 p.m. at Constitution Avenue and 15th Street NW and wrapping up around Pennsylvania Avenue and 3rd Street NW.
To celebrate the momentous occasion, the restaurants and bars below are running specials that call for discounted half-smokes, themed cocktails, and deals for fans rocking curly “W” gear.
949 Wharf Street SW
The Wharf’s waterfront pub is hosting a “Finish the Keg” celebration from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. “Earned Run Ale,” the golden pale brew from Devil’s Backbone served at Nationals Park, will be on draft for $6 a glass all day.
Carmine’s
425 7th Street NW
Starting at 10 a.m., the cavernous Italian restaurant two blocks from the parade route will help fuel passers-by with water, sodas, coffee ($2) and Italian sandwich box lunches ($10 with a beverage) served outside. In addition, Carmine’s will sling a $7 Nationals Cooler (bourbon, lemonade, and cranberry) and run its happy hour at the bar all day. Big screen TVs will be set up across the bar and restaurant.
Charlie Palmer Steak
101 Constitution Avenue NW
The iconic Capitol Hill steakhouse offers half-priced seafood towers from now until next Saturday, November 9, at the bar with the purchase of a cocktail to celebrate the World Series win — just like it did for the Stanley Cup.
Dolci Gelati
1420 8th Street NW
The homegrown gelato shop is selling its Natitude gelato — normally only sold at Nationals Park — to its Shaw store. Swing by for a free cup while supplies last.
The Occidental
1475 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Head to the historic place the Washington Senators dined during their 1924 and 1933 World Series runs (11 a.m. to 10 p.m.). People rocking Nats swag get 19 percent off food. There will also be all-day happy hour and $2 Bud Light bottles. Themed cocktails like a “Nats En Fuego” (Cotton & Reed Mellow Gold rum, Chacho jalapeno aguardiente, fresh lime, ginger and lime soda) are discounted from $14 to $10. Walk a few blocks to the parade, or stay put with three 70-inch screens set up. Follow its social media handles and tag #theoccidentaldc and #occidentalbabyshark to get a shot at winning a dinner for two.
Nando’s
All six D.C. Nando’s locations will run happy hour all day. That means all beers and sangrias are $3 a glass (and $8.50 per pitcher). House red and white wines are $4 per glass and $15 by the bottle. PERi-PERi chicken wings, hummus, and fries also sport happy hour prices all day.
The Partisan
709 D Street NW
Neighborhood Restaurant Group’s butcher shop-adjacent bar and restaurant will sell $5 select drafts and $5 chili half smokes during the parade.
Union Pub
201 Massachusetts Avenue NE
Now this might be the spot to see a Nationals player in the wild. The longtime Capitol Hill sports pub, not far from the parade route, is offering comped keg stands for Nats before or after the parade.
Hey, #WorldSeriesChamps -- no fountains here, but we do have kegs. Complimentary keg-stands for any and all @Nationals players before and/or after the parade! #FightFinished #ThePartyBegins pic.twitter.com/Bz7CNT4BXr

Patrons can get 10-percent off their brunch bill (beverages included) between 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., designed for those looking fuel up before the parade — or escape the madness.
