Patio party in Columbia Heights
Lou’s City Bar, the rowdy sports bar right next to the Columbia Heights Metro station, has added draft lines to its front patio that will pour up to eight beers. To celebrate, Lou’s is hosting a kickoff party tonight in conjunction with Michigan-based brewery Bell’s. In addition to its ubiquitous Oberon American wheat ale, Lou’s will be serving the Two-Hearted American IPA, the Pooltime Belgian wheat ale, the Official Hazy IPA, the Lager of the Lakes, and the Flamingo Fruit Fight sour. Picnic tables also add a beer garden feel at the patio, which will host similar beer-centric events throughout the summer.
