Jack Rose Dining Saloon, the multi-level bar in Adams Morgan known for its enormous whiskey selection, has introduced a “Drink Your Thanksgiving Dinner” menu with multiple cocktail courses meant to mimic traditional holiday food flavors.

Bottled drinks include “Cranberry & Potatoes” (potato vodka, Barrow’s intense ginger, cranberry sauce, lemon, baked apple bitters) and a “Stuffing Daiquiri,” with savory stuffed rum, fermented garlic honey, sugar, and lime. Other Thanksgiving dinner notes include sweet potato-infused bourbon, jet puffed marshmallow syrup, and bone-washed baked citrus amaro. Beverage director Andy Bixby’s five-course kit for two costs $90.

Jack Rose offers a Thanksgiving food menu full of appetizers, sides, and desserts like bourbon-spiked pies (preorder for pickup on Wednesday, November 25). Chef Russell Jones also just rolled out a new takeout and delivery ghost kitchen, “Wing Club,” that sends out bourbon-glazed wings alongside other fried (Cajun dry rub, Buffalo), and grilled (spicy harissa, Carolina barbecue) options.
