Acclaimed D.C. pastry chefs Paola Velez and Willa Pelini’s “worldwide virtual bake sale” Bakers Against Racism kicks off this week, with treats raising funds for local Black Lives Matter chapters or to other organizations supporting the movement’s efforts. Pre-sale is open now for socially-distanced pickups or deliveries through Saturday, June 20th. Chef Rob Rubba is providing marketing graphics for the bake sale.
