Anyone who set a 2013 goal to visit more new restaurants won't have any trouble getting things started in January. Eater has tracked down at least a dozen major restaurants scheduled to open this month, offering everything from sustainable seafood to ramen. It's likely construction drama will push some of these back to February but in the meantime, let's keep figures crossed that these dozen restaurants all make their DC debuts this month. Here's a map of them all, ranked in no particular order.
