1. The Gryphon
The new Gryphon has several varieties of sliders on its menu. Give the barbacoa a try, with pico de gallo and served with onion strings.
2. Poste Moderne Brasserie
Poste's sliders go beyond beef: they're the Papa Weaver Pork Sausage Burger Sliders.
Carmine's meatballs are known for their epic size. Get more of a taste with the meatball sliders, discounted at the bar during happy hour.
Sei has several varieties of sliders, including Kobe beef and pork belly. A standout are the seabass sliders, topped with apricot chili glaze, yuzu tartar and havarti cheese.
5. Columbia Firehouse
Columbia Firehouse has been known to put a piece of bacon on a bun and call it a slider: right now the variety of choice is the Crispy Pork slider, made up of braised pork, whole-grain mustard, coleslaw and mayo.
6. Cava Mezze
Cava's addictive lamb sliders are topped with tzatziki sauce and harissa. They're cheap at happy hour.
7. Radius Pizza
Radius may be known for its pizzas, but it also has meatball sliders that are discounted during happy hour.
