Eater reader Jess wrote in with an interesting question the other day: where can a diner sit down, feel comfortable dining alone and enjoy a nice salad and a cocktail? Eater asked for suggestions on Twitter and got a nice selection of responses, so it seems like Jess may not be the only person in D.C. who experiences a similar hankering.
