In "Office Space," a case of the Mondays refers to the horrible reluctance to return to work after a great weekend. Finding a restaurant could bring on a very different case of the Mondays: the painful process of finding a decent restaurant actually open on Monday. Thankfully that's changing.

These eateries are not only open, but also boast special dishes or deals to entice customers on Mondays. Give them a try and start the week off with a bang — or a discounted plate of pasta, as the case may be.
