Noelia will combine Italian cuisine with weekend night dancing when it opens in the former Finemondo space at 1319 F St. NW. The restaurant has a 1,400 square foot dance floor and plans to hire DJs and live musicians to help set the mood.
The restaurant, owned by Kaiser Gill, is about 6,000 square feet in size with seating for 230 people. There are two private dining rooms and a patio.
Noelia will have a modern Italian menu from chef Carmen Gianna Piazza. Wines are the focus of the beverage menu. An opening date wasn't immediately available, but they should open within the next week or so.
