The residential community of Reston was founded on the principles “Live, Work, Play, and Get Involved.” As such, the compact area has more than its fair share of restaurants, bars, and cafés for denizens to enjoy. Many of the eateries line retail hubs like Reston Town Center, Lake Anne Plaza, and South Lakes Village Shopping Center, while others are standalone establishments sprinkled throughout the area.

City dwellers and suburbanites often find themselves in the neighborhood, since Reston is also surrounded by well-known Northern Virginia amenities such as Meadowlark Botanical Gardens, Wolf Trap, Great Falls Park, the Udvar-Hazy Center, and Dulles International Airport.

Here are 15 places to find breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, or dessert in Reston.
