The French Toast Files: Where to Get Breakfast All Day

D.C. has a reputation for being a brunch city without a lot of options for breakfast. But as it turns out there are a large number of spots that do serve breakfast all day. So with the right timing, it's possible to avoid the brunch crowds with their Bloody Marys and hungover shenanigans by heading to one of these spots to get late night pancakes without having to go to IHOP.
