Happy New Year! Thursday marks the beginning of Chinese New Year, a celebration lasting two weeks — which is just enough time to celebrate at a variety of Chinese restaurants across the city and in its outskirts. Some places will offer special prix-fixe menus while others will have more traditional New Year dishes as well as Chinese dance performances and other festivities.
