Happy New Year! Thursday marks the beginning of Chinese New Year, a celebration lasting two weeks — which is just enough time to celebrate at a variety of Chinese restaurants across the city and in its outskirts. Also worth checking out are Eater's Ultimate Guide to Chinese Dining in DC, 10 Chinese Dishes that Chinese People Do Eat (and Where to Find Them) and other good stuff from our Chinese Food Week this past November.
