Where to Sip Beaujolais Nouveau Tonight

View as Map

Tonight's a great night to raise a glass of young wine. Beaujolais Nouveau, a red wine made with Gamay grapes in the Beaujolais region of France, was released at midnight last night, and the lion's share of celebrations for its are scheduled for this evening. The wine is fermented for only a few weeks before being released; here's where to celebrate this year's batch. Worried about a workday hangover? Tomorrow night provides an opportunity as well, including the Beaujolais and Beyond Celebration at the French Embassy. Get to it.
