Super Bowl Sunday is the second biggest eating day of the year in the U.S., runner-up only to the gorge-fest known as Thanksgiving. Keeping with that illustrious and gluttonous tradition, there will be no lack of options for chowing down this weekend, as just about every bar around is offering up some sort of food or drink special for the big game.

For those looking to keep the party in-house, however, the menu isn't limited to run-of-the-mill delivery pizza. This weekend, several D.C.-area restaurants are hooking up special Super Bowl take-out deals with game day packages including everything from multi-foot-long sandwiches to tacos, wings and even cupcakes. Most of the deals require ordering several days in advance, so be sure to plan accordingly.
