Sebastian Zutant can add another item to his resume: wine-maker.

The Red Hen's co-owner and wine expert has created a wine called Dahlia, a rosé made from 100 percent Virginia-grown Cabernet Franc grapes. He collaborated with Ben Jordan and Virginia Wine Works on the project. He made 54 cases of the wine; server Sara Rickenbaker created the label.

The restaurant will host a happy hour on Monday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. to launch the wine at $6 per glass, along with food from chef Mike Friedman.
