<p>Neighborhood Restaurant Group and chef Nathan Anda are embracing the spirit of Burger Week in a big way.</p>
<p>The restaurant has a different burger on special at three of their meat-centric restaurants: Red Apron Union Market, B-Side in Mosaic District and The Partisan in Penn Quarter.</p>
<p>At Red Apron Union Market, find a 5 oz patty, American cheese, smoked Dijonaise, smoked pimento cheese and Tasso-braised onions, served on an Italian burger bun. It's $12.</p>
<p>B-Side's burger is an ode to the Bypass Burger at the Vortex in Atlanta. It's a 5 oz patty with American Cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and Red Apron Island Sauce, served with bacon and caramelized onion. Find it sandwiched between two grilled cheese sandwiches. It's $16 (or $20 for a double patty).</p>
<p>Meanwhile, the Partisan will offer its special only during lunch hours. It features two 3 oz beef patties, a breakfast sausage patty, maple butter, American cheese, bacon and fried egg. It's $14.</p>

<p>For Burger Week, Joe Palma decided to lend some Southern style to his special burger, available all week long at Bourbon Steak.</p>
<p>The Big American is topped with bacon, pimento cheese, and a sweet & spicy pickle relish. It's served on a benne seed yeast doughnut.</p>

<p>Though Michael Schlow's D.C. restaurant, Tico, is more known for dishes like tacos and cabbage salad, the chef knows how to make a burger. His Schlow Burger, in fact, won a prize at the South Beach Food & Wine competition a few years ago.</p>
<p>Schlow is bringing back the burger at Tico just for burger week. It takes a half pound of ground chuck and tops it with melted cheddar, horseradish sauce and crispy fried onions, all served on a brioche bun.</p>
<p>The burger was the chef's go-to burger recipe at family barbecues over the years. It also was featured at his Boston restaurant Radius as a lunch special in the past, before eventually making its way to the dining room. Try it for $17; it's a Burger Week special in Boston as well.</p>

<p>When looking for a burger, Bar Pilar isn't the most intuitive place to come to mind, which is why Eater decided to single them out to see what chef Jesse Miller might come up with this week.</p>
<p>The results: a double patty of dry-aged beef from a local Virginia ranch. He cooks it in dry-aged beef fat and tops the patty with cheddar, homemade hickory bacon, caramelized onions cooked in sherry, homemade butter pickles and spicy mayo.</p>
<p>For most of the evening, the burger will be available as a slider ($3) each. But each night during the last hour of service, get the full-sized version for $9.</p>

<p>For Burger Week only, Jeff Tunks is debuting Eater's Epic Bacon & Egg Burger. Find it at Burger, Tap and Shake all week long.</p>
<p>The burger features an 8 oz patty (made with a custom blend of aged, naturally-raised chuck and brisket). The burger is topped with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle, as well as a special house "AP" (all-purpose) sauce that combines mayo, ketchup, homemade barbecue sauce and chipotle sauce. Also on the burger: American cheese, Benton's bacon and a fried egg. The burger is char-griddled and served on a buttered and toasted homemade bun.</p>
